The District 6 Honor Ensembles are made up of the best young musicians from the southern half and metro east Illinois. Students must audition to be selected for these ensembles. What an honor to be selected! |

Pep Band Selected to Perform at IHSA State Boys Basketball Tournament
The CHS Pep Band was recognized for their outstanding music abilities and performance quality at the State Level. Out of a large pool of applicants our program was chosen to perform at the IHSA State Boys Basketball Tournament. This is a first time in history for the CHS Band Program.
